I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who utilizes principles founded in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychoanalysis, and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). I work with clients aged 13 and older. Sessions can be held in person, remotely, or through a walk-and-talk option if preferred. I accept most insurance plans.
